(Left) Look into my eyes…. you have to eat, sleep, drink Burma.
(Right) Y-e-ssssss…..
This is Debs, our single-tracked pal, doing what she does best – pitching on democracy in Burma. She took this CSI star for dinner by the river. Even made breakfast for him. And in between, briefing a very willing listener.
(insert soundtrack) Who are you…woo-ooo-woo-ooo…
It’s Eric Szmanda (“Greg Saunders” in CSI)!
Stationed 3 days at Mae Sot, the border between Thailand and Burma.
Eric looks so much better without TV makeup and er… very minimal clothing (i.e. compared to having a labcoat most of the season). And tall!
(Ends slobber)
Soe Aung (left) looks too happy. We’ll let it pass this time, since the poor chap survived a heart attack recently and gave us a good scare.
Not expecting much from our local starlets. Here’s hoping our homegrown starlets eg. the Siti Nurhaliza, Mawi types will find time to visit Burmese refugees here in Malaysia, and help the cause.
Happy Birthday Daw Suu.
Seeing all the children and one adult smiling and happy with this caring person… tells us… that God do work in mysterious ways..by pricking the conscience of few nations to sponsor human rights people…not an easy job to do.These kind souls are much to be admired.
My, Saunders is yummy. I am very impressed. With the Burma visit. The yumminess also.
EW: Oh…very the yummy! 🙂
