This video recording implicates the highest office of judiciary in a conspiracy to pervert the cause of justice through the machinations of a lawyer tainted with a scandalous history involving questionable dealings and conduct that brings disrepute to the legal and judicial professions.
In 1994, lawyer VK Lingham was photographed with the then Chief Justice Tun Eusoffe Chin holidaying in New Zealand under circumstances that would give rise to the inference of a serious breach of professional conduct on part of the lawyer and even more serious implications of unethical conduct on the part of the Chief Justice. Lingham was also implicated in the PricewaterhouseCoopers report which was tabled to Parliament following a thorough audit investigation of the Perwaja Steel scandal involving the loss of billions of ringgit of taxpayers’ money.
In this video, Lingham was seen and heard to be talking to the current Chief Justice of the Federal Court, Tun Ahmad Fairuz Abdul Halim wherein my name, among others, is specifically mentioned.
It is mentioned in the context of a conspiracy to influence the appointment of senior judges and pervert the cause of justice. In view of this, we have reason to believe that whatever has transpired in this exchange in 2002 had some bearing on the outcomes in a number of judicial proceedings, including mine.
The video also implicates Vincent Tan and Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor. The former is a businessman and gaming tycoon who was allegedly at the center of a scandal involving the abuse of the judicial process now known as the Ayer Molek case. The latter is a prominent Umno leader and a member of the Cabinet who was involved in the political conspiracy to remove me in 1998.
Such a scandalous expose, as indeed this video really is, only serves to corroborate our allegations of a political conspiracy of the highest level and corruption of the highest judicial office, seriously bringing into question the impartiality of judicial proceedings involving the affected parties. This is matter of utmost public importance and we demand the setting up of an Independent Tribunal to investigate this shameful and scandalous episode.
In this regard, we make a special appeal to the conference of rulers to continue to play their constitutionally entrenched role in safeguarding the rights of the people by exercising their discretionary powers in all matters within their jurisdiction.

Worst is the fact that there are “willing people” ever ready to lend him their ears. How stupid can one get?
Not surprising in Malaysia’s context. Just shout the verses of the religion and everyone will follow the damned even into cesspool.
hang on a minute, people… we still cant jump to conclusions on the following critical facts:
1. that the lawyer was vk lingam.
only those who know him well would b able to confirm that identity, but i guess it’s pretty obvious, he cant run away with that.
2. that the phone conversation was a ‘real’ one.
mr vk said he was doing things ‘not for our self-interest, but for the country’, so there’s nothing to stop him from doing a ’self-sacrifice for the country’ again, by coming out to say that actually, people, i was just practising reading the lines of a ’satire play’ to entertain guests in tun dzaiddin’s birthday bash that year… or i was just talking to myself!!
yes, i could b a lunatic sometimes. but call me whatever name u want, i CATEGORICALLY DENY that the person on the other line was ahmad fairuz, or ANY judge for that matter!!

so, we cant really jump to conclusion that ahmad fairuz was ‘implicated’, n then call for judicial reform, revamp, revolution this n that, based on this video clip.
BUT i know of a way to to get the chief justice to step down – TRUTH OR DARE.
pkr should come out n say that “for your info (ahmad fairuz please pay special attention!!), we HAVE ANOTHER CLIP/audio recording of the person talking ON THE OTHER SIDE of the phone call… so, u better resign NOW!!”
then, the chief justice would have to seriously consider resigning ‘on health reasons’ immediately, bcos he would have no way of confirming whether someone had managed to film him on the other end, more than 5 years ago… (hell, he might not even remember where da fuck he was during that conversation!!)
or, he’ll play DARE – take a final gamble, betting that no such video/audio for ‘the other side’ exists. bcos IF indeed it exists, he’ll still have to resign n face the SAME charges n music LATER, ANYWAY – so why do it NOW??? wait n see lar…
so, people, don’t get over excited just yet, like the bar council, (who has issued a statement jumping to many conclusions, impliedly. i think they’ll get into HELL LOT OF PROBLEMS if they go on to make any statement making more accusatory assumptions. we might end up having the whole bar council hauled up before the court for contempt!!! n wouldn’t that b a PERFECT PRETEXT for getting rid of u common-law-out-of-your-mind-kafirs, or at least to abolish the bar council altogether??)
WATCH YOUR MOUTHS, people. u all should realise that EVEN IF this was true (i think it was), the government n the agong would NOT want to admit that such scandals really took place. they would do everything to downplay/eradicate ANY trace of wrongdoing if possible, so that they can protect the image (however despised by now) of the malaysian judiciary. they would prefer to let the chief justice go ‘quietly’ into his ‘retirement’, instead of having to take the drastic n shameful step of firing him, the great Champion of syariah-law-replacing-common-law.

A normal person with a viable IQ knows enough to separate reason from dogmas. Self-evident observation, oA. His profession demands sound reasoning, not the sentimentality of his personal and partisan ideology. He has none of the first ; the second is a Systemic national disease.

I rather have “Poa Cheen Thien” That is ‘Justice Poa’ my friends.
That’s the reason why many cases were bias and prejudiced. We can’t just say, “Don’t vote BN/UMNO”. A lot of wrongs have to be made right. Just too many Datuk Z or Datuk K around bcos the system protects them. The only way is to have a referendum. Change the political scenerio. But UMNO will use whatever resources they have to create havoc and anarchy to protect their positions and the victims will be the Chinese. Remember Dr M wanted to try it before the police used Ops Lallang. Tun R did it in 1969.

2. Media freedom issue- media blackout, media bias etc – they essentially mean that the reader does not have free and fair access to information. The Terengganu shooting is an example.
