angpow

A beneficiary, who collected his ‘angpow’ this afternoon of RM 200.00 from MCA, was kind enough to drop the (empty) envelope at our operations room.

angpow

Yayasan Kebajikan Negara is supposed to be for those households earning RM 700 or less a month. But at Permatang Pauh, you only need to register and give your IC number.

So who is in charge of this Foundation?

Y.B. Dato’ Dr. Ng Yen Yen
Menteri Pembangunan Wanita, Keluarga dan Masyarakat
Aras 3, Blok E, Kompleks Kerajaan Bukit Perdana,
Jalan Dato’ Onn,
50515 Kuala Lumpur.

Permatang Puah voters, happy day is here again. Take the angpow and throw them a curse. It is your money they are returning via a shameless MCA agent. This woman Dr Ng, lifting ma**les is what she is good for.

2. wira - August 24, 2008

Take the money … but vote DSAI.

Like the petrol price revision, we owe that to DSAI even though the BN government announced the decision.

3. clearwater - August 24, 2008

Another act of desperation by BN component parties to buy votes using taxpayers’ money. Voters should collect their angpow but vote according to their conscience. The RM200 will help defray high living expenses caused by the June 08 petrol/diesel price hike. Their vote, however, shall send DSAI to Parliament together with a message that such flimsy money politics no longer work. Show us sincerity and honesty, not bits of money.

Election Bribe?

Why now?

Why at Permatang Pauh?

As usual, the EC will see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil!

Permatang Pauh folks. Enjoy being pampered while it lasts but I am sure that they know whom to send to Parliament?

5. telur dua - August 24, 2008

As long UMNO/BN is in control the people here will continue to be beggars in their own country.

Time to save ourselves, kick them out!

6. equal for all - August 24, 2008

Ng Yen Yen is just being an obedient lapdog engaging the same old dog trick taught by Umno

No more undertable. It’s on top of the table now.
Maybe BN should have an official vote-buying committee, registered with EC.

14. hadi - August 24, 2008

Whatever goodies given by BN take it. If it is good use it and if useless throw them to their moron face. BUT dont forget on 26 AUGUST vote for DSAI. The time has come for people’s power. Remember this nation belong to all MALAYSIANS and not BN. The BN leaders have no qualities as they can even be taken for a ride by a 23 year all moron and it is hard to understand and DO WE WANT THEM TO STILL RUN THE NATION? Say NOoooooooOOOOOoooO. Time for CHANGE. IN GOD WE TRUST. Just do it Permatang Pauh.

15. DSAI - August 24, 2008

duit tetap ambil but VOTE DSAI (PKR)…..many thanks to Permatang Pauh Voter…
We should thanks to DSAI also for recent FUEL drop…but it’s too too litle to have any effect to the local supplies , such as food, groceries, etc…inflation still a way up too high!

I am one of the many Permatang Pauh voters as well as a taxpayer of Malaysia. Totally couldn’t believe it and really SAD to be a Malaysian for a moment. I knew people who received the Angpow and the place for the ceremony just about 400 metres from my home.

May be it is time for me STOP paying taxes and GIVE AWAY the Angpow myself. It will save more money without “Middle Person”.

19. imwatchingu - August 24, 2008

Another coincident that they are distributing the angpows? So blatant. These people are so thick skin and so shamless. It’s like giving their middle finger to the rakyat. It’s going to be another satisfactory win for opposition PR. It’s giving the middle finger back to them.

It’s not just a Penang holiday but a ‘Decision Day’
For all eligible voters to have their say
Who will be there in this pivotal seat stay
But make sure no legitimate voting papers go astray

22. DSST - August 25, 2008

The Permatang Pauh residents should accept the Ang Pow & then vote for DSAI, the candidate for Change.

Ask PKR Supporters too to accept the Ang Pow from the desperate UMNO-BN & then throw a party on August 26,2008 night when DSAI wins the election.

The desperate UMNO-BN is using the public funds to their full advantage of buying votes. This is depicable & a shame on UMNO-BN !!!

Eli, continue to do a good job & when Pakatan took control of the federal government administration, remember to go after these bastard of misusing Public ,Tax payers & Rakyat’s funds to their full advantage during this by-election.

MCA Cabinet Ministers are all son of the bitch ( SOB) & the daughter of the bitch ( DOB) !

Ng Yen yen should be charged for Money Politics. She should be ashame to use the rakyat’s money to campaign for BN. This is the same woman who is deathly against China maids, the same woman who proposed castration for repeat rapists and the same woman who defended Chua Soi Lek’s extra-marital affairs. This woman is very truly confused.

Now she failed to distinguish what belongs to the Rakyat and what belongs to BN …very dangerous! Wake up ACA and do your job! For years Permatang Pauh’s poor has been neglected. Now suddenly, Santa Ng came with AngPow and literally buckets of groceries to be given away to the poor oldies. This woman has no shame at all.

Meanwhile, what happened to all the millions and millions of funds allocated for the poor from the 1st MP right up to the 8th MP, lets not talk about the 9th MP just yet.

BN talk one thing, do the other.
Very sorry BN, not this time… wind of change has arrived and its inevitable, BN is sinking. Now I realized what it meant when the PM said to Govt servants to get part time jobs … it means BN prepare for the worst, go get part time jobs because they will be out of a job soon. Have a good day!

26. BeYetWiser - August 26, 2008

All these money in cash, are they properly accounted for by Yayasan Kebajikan? Who knows if RM 500 was the sum allocated and only Rm 200 given out? This beg the question why the EC and ACA are not interested in this blatand infrigment of election process, unless they are not independent as claimed. A laughing stock to the world for democracy.
